12 fl.oz bottle. A very dark brown beer with a tan head. Aroma of sweet chocolate malt, peanut, sugar. Taste of sweet chocolate, peanuts, vanilla, caramel, mild roasted malts.

Bottle. A- Nutty, roasty. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, minimal head. T- Nutty, roasty. P- Medium body, average texture, medium carbonation, very dry finish. O- Listermann impresses me less and less the more I have. This was not sweet at all and presented a very dry roasty nut flavor. You definitely get the peanuts but not in a pleasant way. The carbonation was almost spritzy and the finish was a bit astringent and exceptionally dry. I forced myself to finish this one.

Very hazelnut forward on the nose. Light body, kinda malty and very slight tartness with the nutty finish, kind of like a noyaux. Not super rich.

12oz bottle from brewery. Dark brown , ring of beige head. Aroma hits with a huge wave of booze, sweet, light nutty notes. Taste is sweet, malty, alcohol, nutty.

Can from Tavour. Pours pours clover green with a green tinged foamy head. Aroma is candy - but I can't place it. Not mint. Med plus body. Flavor is some sort of candy/gummy, but I can't define it. Sort of earthy with something related to mint. Very strange ale. Flavor is decent tho - whatever it is. Fairly dry. Decently bitter. +1 for daring.

Really light on all the flavors. Get more roasty and base stout notes than peanut butter but oh well, some maple too from the base, bit of a weird finish but I guess that's 2020 listermann.

12 oz. Aroma is peanut butter, chocolate, roasted peanuts. Pours black with a thin tan head that falls quickly into a ring. Taste is highly sweet, a bit savory, a hint of tartness, with flavors of Butterfingers, licorice. Delicious!
