A yellow beer with almost no head. It has a slight aroma of hops. The taste is watery but not disgusting - just plain boring. No real sweetness and but a slight bitterness. Good for thirst quenzing but too expensive for that.

MWBF 2002: Pale straw color. Light skunky aroma and flavor. Nothing else.

An amber beer with no head at all. It has an aroma of sweet oranges and some spices I can't tell, it makes me think a little of a sodapop. It has a very tame mouthfeel - with some bubbles forming on the tongue. It tastes sweet and pretty citric - and the citric taste lingers and turns slightly bitter. Not a beer for me - at least not on a chilly danish fall night. Maybe it's better for a hot day in Mexico?

I now have the rather unpleasant distinction of having tried every beer in the "Corona" family, and my life is not really the better for it. This is easily the worst of the bunch, and you could not squeeze enough limes in the bottle to get me to try it again. There are absolutely no redeeming qualities in this beer (and I use the term lightly). The only positive thing I could possibly say about Corona Light is that it is not Bud Light.

One of the few decent Mexican beers I have been able to find. Maybe not quite as good as Negra Modelo (which isn't really saying too much) but along the same lines and a decent alternative. On the scale of Mexican beers this is in the upper echelon, but it really does not stand up against other more readily available Viennas. I would go with an Elliot Ness here in the states, but this one is worth a shot if you are in Mexico with only Corona and Sol as your other options.

This certainly wasn't very especial. This may be even worse than Corona. Vile, repugnant smell. No redeeming qualities in the flavor. Truly heinous.

strange that this is dark. dont really know this style, nonetheless, not impressed with the beer. fleeting malt taste. syrupy. no hop presence. Slightly roasted flavor gives it a few points, as im surprised they were able to figure out how to do that in mexico.
