24oz can ( 710ml) from a random Mexican store in Orange County. Drank while enjoying a BBQ on 8th August 2025 at my daughters in Laguna Hills. Shared with my Son in Law, Matt; 8oz's for him. 16oz for me! Pale golden pour, clean and clear; on top a fast fading white head. Refreshing, but lacking any real aroma or depth of flavour. It's a low Cal, low ABV Lager and doesn't pretend to be anything else, so it's hard to knock when you know what you are buying. Scored objectively.

32 oz bottle from the main liquor store. Why were they so proud of it? I have it cold, the colder the better on a hot August evening. No one to share it with, I’ll handle it myself. Malt added over what you get in the basic Corona apparently, a slightly higher abv. No significant difference I can determine, I like them both well enough. I’ll add a slice of lime later, make it better imo.

Second 24oz can of Chelada today, I must be mad! Obtained from a 7 11, drank by the pool at my daughters place in Laguna Hills on 6th August 2025. I actually quite like these things in a weird sort of way. This strawberry red one had a strawberry aroma and a strange strawberry and chili flavour, not a combination you come across in a beer very often. Manfully drank the lot. Much preferred this to the earlier Lime and Salt one.

A rather large can (24oz) from a 7 11 in Laguna Hills. Drank on a very hot afternoon at my daughters on 6th August 2025. Poured (three times) into a Leffe chalice. it held no head and had a dull dirty orange look, hazed too. Lime like aroma, the taste lime and salt. It tastes like a really shitty lager with a dose of salt and lime juice, which I suppose it is! Least favourite of the Modelo Chelada beers so far.

Eh, it’s not bad. It’s hazy yellow orange. It’s a sweet brew that smells and tastes quite citrusy. Light bodied. Easy drinking. Better than a standard Corona.

24 Fl Oz can from a 7 11 in Laguna Hills, California. Shared with Matt (my Son-in Law) while watching the Belgian F1 on TV, 27th July 2025. Clean and clear light golden body, white head that fades swiftly. Weak, watery and not very pleasant, glad I shared it. Not even as nice as a regular Corona, at least that's got a bit about it and is refreshing.

710 ml can (24 Fl Oz) from a 7 11 near my daughters in Laguna Hills. These Chelada things intrigue me, I am trying to buy a new one every time I come across one (I bought five different ones in that 7 11). Poured into an old Duvel glass (three times) on 26th July 2025. Watermelon red with a scummy pink covering on each pour. It certainly does what it says on the tin, it's got Watermelon and chilies within it's make-up. All a bit weird, but not unpleasant or nasty. The others I have will be taken individually and over a period of time, you couldn't have a tasting session with these large cans (family wont touch them and think I'm mad). Mexican beer total rising nicely with these beers too!

Clear bottle, haze on off pale orange. Nose is citrus fer sher, mostly orange. Way too refreshing on the uptake, could drink a few of these while cutting the grass. Nice fresh citrusy orange plus flavor on top of an otherwise corona beer. Good balance of tartness, carbonation and mild sweetness. In the middle it does seem to have a little more bitter hops in there. However, the bitterness is nonconsequential, you really have to look for it. Mostly comes across as orange with just a splash of lime. Not bad overall, a better fruit beer. Glad I picked this up off the mixed sixer rack for $2.

Bottle. Looks, smells, and tastes like Corona, just a bit more watery. That's the best description I can give. It's less worty than expected.
