van de tap op @UBF15, oogt zwart met bruine kraag die mooi blijft staan. Aroma van rookmouten, chocolade, mout, zoetig, iets laurier. Smaken van chocolade, geroosterde mouten, lichte gebrande toets, rookmouten, zachte en glad van textuur. medium bitter, evenzo zoet, matige body, prima te drinken en ook niet verkeerd, gewoon erg lekker ...

van de tap op @UBF15, Ha eindelijk een zuur bier op een festival, dat zouden er van mij veel meer mogen wezen. Tijdens het tappen kwamen bij mij de framboos en de zuurtjes al binnen. ziet er na het tappen mooi uit, ietwat wazig rood/roze met mooie roze kraag. Aroma van goede fruitigheid van de framboos en een mooie zuurcomplexiteit die iig niet eentonig is. Smaken zijn framboos, zwak zoet, goede zuurtonen (had mij wat complexer gemogen), maar ook vrij licht en af en toe komt er iets metaligs door, maar niet vervelend. Absoluut één van de verrassingen van het festival voor mij.

Tap @ UBF 2015, small sample. Slight hazy orange to amber color, short head. Aroma of grapefruit, soft citrus, bit cookie, slight grassy. Soft to medium bitter in taste, caramel malty backbone. Very easy drinker for the ABV. Tasty.

Tap @ UBF 2015, medium sample. Slight hazy amber to reddish color, medium frothy slight pinkish head. Aroma of raspberry, bit lactic, fruity, slight funky. Soft sour in taste, quite fruity, slight bitterness from cassis even. Good balance, good tasty beer.

Draught @ UBF 2015. Clear orange color, virtually no head. Smell and taste lightly malts, some fruity hops, hops, a touch of fruitpeel and some yeast. Average body, a bit low carbonation.

Draught @ UBF 2015. Opaque black color, medium sized beige head. Aroma is malts, dark malts, leather, some smoke and liquorice. Taste malts, dark malts, some hops, leather, softly bitter. A little bit low bodied, soft carbonation.

Draught @ UBF 2015. Hazy orange pinkish color, medium sized lightly pinkish colored head. Aroma is lightly grainy, raspberry, rye mixed with some sort of sourish red fruits and "roosvice". Taste is quite sour but not annoying, sourish red fruits, raspberry and some cassis. I dislike the aroma but the flavor is quite nice.

Tap @ Kafe Belgie. Black coloured, beige head. Nose is roasted malts, chcolate, slightly smokey, some coffee. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate and coffee, light smoked, liquorice. Slight sourness. Ok beer. De Kromme Haring. Black / beige. Smoky, roasted malts, coffee, sweet, light bitterness.

on tap @ Kafé België, Utrecht, with Ivar. Intense black and really hazy, even the flashlight of my phone couldn’t penetrate it. Topped with a beige head. Smokey aroma with roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Taste is soft and semi-sweet, not as stringent as other smoked beers but gentle and round but with enough guts to keep it interesting. Great winter warmer.

Tap @ Kafe Belgie, medium sample. Hazy brown color, medium off-white head. Aroma of chocolate, mocha, subtle smoke, bit wood even, bit roasted malts. Soft sweet in taste, bit malty bitterness. Slight creamy texture. Good balance. Soft carbonation, medium body. Great stuff.
