Cask-conditioned at the Ackhorne, York 19/4/2018. Near black in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Milk chocolate, some coffee beans, creamy edge, light toastiness and a gentle finish. Good.

Cask @ Duck & Drake, Leeds. Golden with a thick creamy head. Its crispness subdues its taste, but it's quite hoppy all the same.

Handpull cask at the Cornubia, Bristol. Golden and clear with a small white head. Light citrus, grainy malt, grass and hay notes in the aroma. Tastes bittersweet with increasing bitterness toward the finish. Flat oily body. A decent hoppy cask ale not without its flaws but decent all the same.

Cask @ White Hart, Todmorden. Blonde with a head. It’s light textured with a surprisingly full blast of tropical fruits given its wintery name.

On cask at the Guildford Arms. Appearance - pale lemon golden with a nice lacy head. Nose - definite bergamot and light citrus. Taste - more pronounced Earl Grey notes. Palate - light bodied with a dry floral middle section. Dry floral finish. Overall - ok but not sure I like drinking the Earl Grey as much as smelling it.
