Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home before leaving for a Hawaii vacation! I didn’t like this one. Something about it seemed flat to me. Appearance like tomato juice. Aroma of sour cherries and yeast. Taste of cherries, sour, with light malt notes. Just not a fan of this one.

On tap at The Collective Tap, pours a clear pale copper with a small white head. Aroma is rather bland on the nose - just some very lightly tart fruits. Flavour is very tart, with very citric lemony notes. Not very complex or much body, but decently constructed. Okay.

On draft at Hops and Pie in Denver. Pours a pale gold with a white head. Flavor is tart green apples with some funky notes. Tart finish.

12 oz. can provided by Willrunforbeer, nice brew! Color is cloudy, straw gold without head or lace. Aroma starts with a rhubarb nuance, lacto tartness, sea salt, and mild funky wheat.
Flavor is as the aroma indicates. Tart, salty and Body is medium with a yeasty chewiness that ends in a sea salty blast giving a mineral like character. More tart then sour. Light citrus without any sourness. Light acidic note. For me I think if the salt was dialed down a tad it would score a tad higher and further more more drinkable. All in all still worth a try for sure.

Bottle. Pours chestnut amber off white head. Nose/taste of lightly sugared dates, unsweetened raisin, toffee, vanilla and caramel. Medium body.

Can - pours a lightly hazy straw color - minimal lace - nose is nice and dry, with bread crust maltiness, tropical esters, light flintiness, light tartness, dusty yeast - texture is a bit watery - flavor has some esters of pear and tropical.fruit - kind of a dull yeastiness to it, especially in the finish - moderate bitterness, a bit of spicy phenolics -watery finish that borders on tart and sour, with a bit of background grain husk and the faintest hint of something off I can’t place (butyric acid?) smells nice, but the flavor isn’t as complex and doesn’t come together nearly as well, and really falls apart as it warms.

12 oz can poured. This thing exploded when I opened it for a reason that is still under investigation. Huge foamy head for days. There are two things that never get old to me, and that would be hoppy beers, and beers that have super clever pun names. 2 in 1! I love that. Though Mitch Hedberg once said, two in one makes no sense, because it would be overflowing, and the bottle would be all sticky and shit. This may explain why the can exploded with foam. Ah, it all makes sense now. Now on to the less important details. Beer pours a dark copper color. Super pine aroma. Flavor has a super sweet caramely side to it, which I wouldn’t always enjoy, but this one makes it work. High Abv, but drinks nice. Really good for cracking after 12 hours of work. Piney hops flavor will stick around forever. Not your ordinary in the style. The word overload in the name is a good word to describe this if you are only using one word. Now, I’m going to continue enjoying this beer, and listen to some Mitch. Overall, it’s pretty good.

12 oz can shared. Really starting to love the beers from these guys. Pours a dark cloudy red color. Sour cherry, apple and grape aroma. Nice tart fruit flavors. Tasty sour. Keep it up.

12 oz can poured. Pours a cloudy orange color with a sour lemon juice aroma. Sour fruit flavor here, but a little grassy as well. A bit on the saltier side as well. Long, dry tart finish. Pretty good stuff.
