Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, wheat, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons and malt - is it a radler, leading to a dry finish.

Flaske på Del Mon, Palma de Mallorca: lett uklar strågul med kort hvitt skum. Fin citrusfriskhet med koriander i både aroma og smak. Lett i kropp og kort ettersmak. Korianderen som er brukt gjør ikke for mye av seg, balansen er fin. Men allikevel ingen minneverdig øl.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a nice creamy head. Aroma is tart with fruity yeast, hay, lemon and coriander. Medium body with average carbonation. Flavour is pleasantly tart with straw, hay and citrus.

bottle from el corte ingles, palma airport, mallorca. cloudy yellow, smooth white head. wheat and citrus aroma, also yeast. quite like the wit it is supposed to be. Nice. Flavor is also wheat and citrus, well balanced, the palate is very smooth, and the flavor profile feels more rounded and "gourmet" like, than many other wit’s. the alc, the wheat and the faint citrussy notes are well mixed. Very good wit.
