Description
In 2017 the name of the brewery was changed from Cheshire Brew Brothers to Oaks. It picked the perfect spot for the brewery. Liverpool just up the road, Manchester and the glorious Dales off to the East and Wales just a short drive South. We couldn't have picked a better stop up ere' to brew what we love. You'll find our Beers all over the North in fine establishments just waiting to be sipped and enjoyed.

Cask at Smithfield, Derby All I get from the nose of this one is a vague aroma of ginger. Pours an orangey yellow with a small white head, and good lacing. Taste contrasts a creamy toffee base overlaid with hoppy orange flavours. A long dry hoppy finish. This is rather nice.
