draught. Hazy, deep golden colour, creamy and long-lasting head - lovely. Hoppy nose with a touch of apple. Full-bodied, fruity (apple, lemon) with a good malty background and some really good aromatic hops. Perfect carbonation, velvety mouthfeel. Dry and hoppy finish. A delicious brew.

(bottle) Almost clear, except for some tiny yeast-particles; pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Fresh herbal hops character with slightly sweet grainy malt in the background. Moderately bitter flavour with a rounded malty sweetness, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation; malty finish with balanced herbal and slightly bitter hops. Pretty good (17.10.07).

Bottle (thanx to Quack-Duck !): Clear, not too pale greenish-golden coloured, quite stable, smaller fluffy head; grainy bitter-grassy nose; thin, but not watery, light, but distinctive dryish bitter flavour; mild to moderate bitter-sweet finish with traces of pale malt and hops in the aftertaste. Quite good for a diluted Helles.......

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Moderately sweet, soft grainy malt aroma with faint fruity notes and a touch of herbal hops in the background, also a rather unpleasant sulphury note when the beer gets a bit warmer. Light-sweet flavour, light bodied with an almost crispy carbonation. Pale malty, slightly grainy taste with light herbal notes; quite dry, sweet-bitter and minimal tart finish with a noticeable, light hops-character (03.03.08).

Bottle (thanx to Quck-Duck!): Golden coloured, lacy, but quite rapidly vanishing white head, rather shy bisquity-sweetmalty nose, mixed with a little grassy bitterness; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering sweet-bitter, slightly bisquity as well, finish. Not bad, but not too convincing........
