Bottle. A golden-colored, sparkling beer topped by a small, dense, white head. A bit one-dimensional nose, nice apples though, and with some yeast notes and grassy fields. Slightly too sweet flavor I think, with apples and some yeast. Almost sticky on the palate, medium fullness and decent astringency. Apples in the finish. A quite ncie one, nothing more. 090919
