75 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and golden pale yellow with a fizzy and quickly gone head. Aroma is dry apple, light phenolic. Vague sweetness and dry apple flavoured, mild citric too. Dry and carbonated tickling finish.

75cl bottle. Thank you Yespr. See through yellow with no head. Elderflowers and apple. Some herbal notes. It has an ok dry crispyness though its defenetly on the sweet side.

75 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and slight greenish with a small fizzy white head. Light herbal elderflower and apple fruity aroma. Sweet, light fruity and elderflower flavoured. Mild citric and subdued sweetness into a slight fizzy finish. Good crisp elderflower cider, a bit on the sweet side.

Bottle. Golden color, no head. Sweet apples and a touch of yeast in the aroma. Sugary sweet flavor with apple and chewing gum. Hints of yeast and dust. Sugary finish, turning into a more pleasant drier fruitiness. Just not my taste.

Draught @ De Poort, Utrech, HollandClear sparkling, light yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate green apples, sweet apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft - lively. [20081215]

Bottled (from K-Supermarket, Huutoniemi). Pale yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is sour apples, some wood and mild baconlike notes. Flavour is very dry sour apple along with some hints of yeast and wood. Quite pleasant and dry.

Metallic golden-yellow drink; very "moussating" to a good, but Champagne-like disappearing white head. Apples, dry, Champagne yeastesters, vinous; applejuice, but much drier; leafy - even appleblossoms. Dry and sweet taste alike, like some real ice-cream, without becoming too sweet; dried apples all the same. Very sparkling, fizzy as sparkling wine, but it has enough restsugars to avoid being thin. I’m not a big fan of moussating ciders - my standard are bone-dry Welsh-English scrumpies - but in its class, this must be one of the better ones. I’m agreably surprised this is Belgian made.
