Bottled. A dark golden cider. The aroma has strong notes of apples as well as some notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of over ripe apples as well as medium notes of alcohol, leading to a dry finish with notes of apple cores. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of Ungstrup. A clear, almost colorless cider with a thin layer of white bubbles. Flowery nose almost leaving the apples in the background, not very interesting. Almost cat pee-like flowery flavor with apples in the background. Dry, yet with a sugary sweetness. Flowers in the finish. Too much elder in this one, but at least it’s a clean one. 090821

Bottled. A light golden cider with a bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of dust and apples. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of apples - the sweetness is somewhat artificial.
