Bottled. Deep golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some grains as well as mild herbal and grssy tones. Flavour is floral, herbal, grassy with some slightly caramelly and nutty malts to it. Smooth and easy to drink, and actually not at all as harsh as I expected.

Bottled@Tölby tasting. Deep reddish brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is rye bread, some toast, mild herbs/grass and some sweetness. Flavour is toasted malts, grass, some mild bitterness along with a strange sweetness to it.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 07/03/24. Almost clear golden to a lighter shade of amber topped with a just off white head that thins to a swirl. Nose is pale malts, grains, herb, faint chemical notes. Taste comprises stewed fruits, grass, hedgerow, fruit tang and lemon rind, akin to a Wit Bier in places. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so fayre.
