Can from Beers of Europe. Appearance - yellow with a very slight haze. Big fluffy head. Nose - pine, grapefruit and lemon. Wholemeal and white pepper underneath. Taste - more citrus and pith too. Again underlying wholemeal thing. Palate - light bodied as expected given the ABV. But not as thin as expected. Overall - not bad given alcohol level.

440ml can: BB 12th Mar 2021, came from Beers of Europe. Drank at home on 26th May 2020, during the virus Lock In. Really enjoyed this. Golden body, thin white head. Malty, nutty and fairly sweet, mild floral notes in there too. Good body feel with a pleasant alcohol warmness in the finish.

Can from Elusive brewery. Rich dark chocolate and coffee aroma. Dark. A cola tint. Frothy beige head soon fades. Initial berry sourness. Underlying malty chocolate is overpowered. Some lactose creaminess. Medium bodied. Slick. A tad creamy. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long astringent finish. It's fine. Could do with more of the promised chocolate.
