22oz (thx, Peter K.!) @ Ryan's shared with Farees. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: charred oak, some dark fruits and vanilla. Taste: along the same lines, nice body, some molasses. Overall: pretty good, but I believe it's not as good as previous iterations.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a small white cap, good enough to stay a while, leaving a little coating on the brew. Greenish grassy hop nose, not too offensive and strong, with the tropical fruit base and citrus. The citrus zest continues into the taste with a fairly dry-thin mouthfeel. Grassy hops again and a quick bitter bite that turns into this crazy dry-thin feel. Yep, not syrupy, not even really juicy because of this super dry-bang! Interesting, I guess was expecting more oats for the juiciness extreme.
The other NEIPA Fracture spin off. Can from the Lcbo, and yes it does pour hazy, blonde with a soapy sheet of head. More hop burn than juicy, resin, pine, some apples over a fairly sweet malt. The sharp resin hop burn lingers and settles down in the back of your throat. Feel alot more like the original Fracture, but like it Juicy sibling that overly sweet malt is a little detractive. Feels like the balance is a wee bit off with this one.
So what's going on here? Amsterdam is pushing a line extension of Fractured? The original IIPA are now two NEIPAs Juicy and Hazy? Ok, I'm willing to give it a shot. Can (pink and cartoony!) from LCBO. Mildly loudy blonde with a sheet of soapy white head. Juicy is apt. I'm getting tropical fruits, pine a little resin over fairly sweet malt, even overly sweet. Decent though I'm a little saddened that the original Fracture doesn't seems to have made to shelves this year. Sigh
