Many thanks for this beer to Ewa Skorska - Thanks for this beer from Almost end of the world (South-West France). Piwo jest jasne, po dolaniu asadu o zabarwieniu piaskowym, zerowa niemal piana, pachnie dziwnie tabletkami i fartuchem pielegniarki. W smaku przyprawowe, ostra chilli, nieco pieprzu, ale na cszczescie ta paprykowa przyprawowosc nie jest dlawiaca, Pasowalo do dzikiego ryzu - oczywiscie bez przyprawiania potrawy:)

330ml bottle from Intermarche, Bidart. Pours hazy golden with a short-lived thin white head. Aromas of light bread, yeast spice, faint mixed peel. Taste is more dried orange, light spice and bready malts. Dry finish. Not bad.

330ml bottle from Intermarche, Bidart. Pours hazy amber with a thick off-white head. Aromas of brown malt, caramel, spiced poached pear, faint chocolate. Taste is chocolate and nuts, light yeast spice. Thin finish.

330ml bottle from Intermarche, Bidart. Pours clear amber with a thin off-white head. Aromas of smoked ham, sweet-cured, maple syrup and bacon. Candied peel. Taste is more smoked meat, charred pork, bbq, more sweet syrup. Fruitiness at the back, once the smoke has cleared, as it were. Light apple on the finish. Interesting.

6.1% Bottle from Intermarche, Bidart. Pours clear dark amber with a thin white head. Aromas of marmalade, faint pine and resin. Taste is sweet, more marmalade, bit chewy. Sticky finish.
