Bottle shared at the DOS tasting. Pours cloudy dull golden with an off white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, light orange peel and light biscuity malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. The smoke coming out in the palate fairly strongly but actually working in an interesting way. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle at the Dirty Old Sock Tasting, Den Haag, December 2014. Poured a cloudy light straw with a big frothy white head. The aroma is big yeast, smoky, spicy, citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry mineral earthy light citrus hop palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle from favourite beer and 19th advent beer. Hast pale Amber colour, with a big foamy head. Aroma has already and citrus fruit. Taste has tropical fruit citrus hops. Easy to drink.

Pours murky yellow with a smooth white head. Aroma of heavy earthy notes, mold cellar, sour berries and tartness. Taste is sour, funky and yeasty with loads of earthy notes, hints of mold cellar and tart berries. Finish is funky, yeasty and earthy with some sourness and tartness. Quite earthy lambic.

Clear golden colour, white head. Yeasty aroma, spices, pepper, white pepper, light floral. Light bitter flavour, yeast, citrus, hint liquorice root, sweet malts, caramel notes. Light bitter finish, spicy saison yeast. Warm spices in the finish (speculaas?).
