Bottle. Black with small beige head. Roasted malts, coffee, dry cocoa, black currant. Marzipan and sour cherries, deep rye with strong aniseed and licorice. Light tart taste with a nice underlying sweetness and roasted bitter finish. Medium to full bodied and slick feel. Very nice stout. Good imperial stout.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy almost black color with medium frothy light brown head, fair lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of coffee, chocolate and caramel. Taste starts with light sweet but rich roasted malt, follows b coffee and smooth milk chocolate, mild spicy mouthfeel and light bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. That’s my coffee substitute...

Bottle at Pigs Ear 2014. Really tasty banana ester saison. Loved it. So easy drinking. Dry finish. So lovely. Good saison. Hoppy.

Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy amber body with a thick off-white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of fig, orange and caramel biscuit. Flavour of blood orange, parma violets and herbs. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light fizz. Very hoppy - it’s just a pity Centennial is used so liberally, as the parma violet dominates.

Bottle at Komachi. Earthy nose of pine, mint, peaches, and stone fruits, caramel and a bit of chocolate. Cloudy orange brown with a high fine head. Rich stone fruit flavor, grass, pine, nice earthy bitterness. Rich and full. Very enjoyable.

Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy golden body with with a white head. Steady carbonation. Excellent lacing. Aroma of lemon, minerals, Granny Smith apple and a hint of yeast. Flavour of bitter lemon, lemon drops and herbs. Thin body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A solid Saison - crisp and sharp.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Helsinki. Bottling date : 22/11/13. Colour is murky light brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, grape, pine, resiny, hops and malts. Well, this is not fresh bottle.
