Bottle at the Munich Brewver Christmas gathering at Jonas's in Garching Friday 28th November 2025, in the company of Jonas and Ursula, bottle courtesy of Jonas. Pours almost black with a light beige head, soft mouthfeel, chocolate cookies, a little bit of fudge, I like this, nice bitter chocolate, it's a good beer.

Bottle. Hazy red amber brown, tan cream. Plums, citrus, caramel and spice aroma, rich and cakelike. Unfortunate light fizzy body to follow that up with, sour caramel, plum/raisin, a hint peat, nuttiness. Fun enough notes, but really would have needed a bit more restsweetness. Perhaps it had aged a bit too long in the bottle.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber, big golden lacing head. Banana and saison fruity aromatics, citris, stonefruit hop notes. Medium body, dry, sparkly, good grassy and herbal bitter edge, mineral yeast notes, Fresh (despite being a slightly older bottle) and fun to drink. Perhaps more of a Belgian IPA in its aged state.
