Chestnut brown body with a light brown head. Some toastiness and chocolate in the nose. Quite spritzy, but with lots of chocolate and a hint of fudge. This really dries out towards the finish.

Golden-straw colour. I do get some orange peel underneath heavy-handed stank foot notes and abundant diacetyl in the aroma. Some orangey notes but lots of blandness. Lame, goes nowhere. There is absolutely nothing good to offer as a payoff for putting up with that butterbomb aroma.

Very dark brown with no head. Chewy, nutty, fudgey aroma. Flat. Nut skins, some fudge notes. This just doesn’t work without carbonation. We tried two different bottles from two different sources and they were both flat, lifeless and quite frankly awful. The brewery obviously has major quality control issues and simply doesn’t care. Atrocious in this day and age.

This ale poured a cloudy dark orange colour with a nice creamy light brown head. Scents included nuts, roasted malt, nutmeg and yeast. First taste was very citrusy with flavours of oranges and light lemon flavour. Slightly bitter with a smoke finish. Slightly watery mouthfeel but quire a bit of flavour. Slightly yeasty palate. Very good

Bottle. [ Courtesy of OKBeer ] Light unclear amber red color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate yeast, light jelly strewed strawbeery. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

Bottle courtesy of Okbeer: Poured a cloudy dirty brown color ale with a nice foamy head with some good retention. Aroma of malt with a light floral aroma. Taste is lightly sweet with some subtle floral hops. Body is fuller then expected with some adequate carbonation. Well done session ale that stays within the style parameter.

500 mL bottle from ANBL, courtesy of the Probstk. A yellow ale with a thick dense lacing white head. Atoma of buckwheat, lactic acid, and grass, with light pepperyness. In mouth, a lightly sweet malt, light banana and lightlactic acid notes, a bit off, but not unpleasant. Its a good I didn’t wait to consumme this.

Hazy reddish brown ale with a thick collapsing white head. Fruity peppery hops in aroma, a bit on the lyzed yeast side, with cherry notes, alsmost veering on gueuze. In mouth, rather sweet malt with light acidic points, a bit of burned rubber to it. I thoght this wwould age well, but no such luck. Drainpour.

Bright amber-brown colour. Rich fruity aroma with sweet malts. Kind of dry, earthy yeast character and funky fruitiness. Either a little iffy or a little off.

Hazy golden ale with an overflowing offwhite head. Herbal malt aroma, with thistle quality. In mouth, a nice dry malt with rather peppery hops. Reminds me the first time I tried to brew an IPA at a BOP. Some diacaetyl notes develop as beer warms up. Not bad considering the bottle is one year old. Thanks Bobby.
