From tap at the brewpub. Pours amber brown, unclear with a little orange head. Fruity and sweet malty aroma, I assume the slight different nutty and fruity note must be the chestnuts. The aroma also reveals a slight smoked note once warmed a bit up - also gaining a lot more caramel aroma. Slight sweet and minor fruity note on top of a nice malt base. Very well balanced and mellow. Soft sweet and slight bitter finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with an off-white head. Sweet malty grapefruit aroma. Flavour is sweet grapefruit and lovely caramel malt base beneath. Dry bitter and slight fruity finish. A straight forward ipa, but it certainly is well balanced.

(Draught at the brewpub) Clear dark red color, small tan head. Sweet and acidic scent, like a Flanders Bruin. Soapy and bitter taste. Watery mouthfeel, low bitterness.

From tap at the brewpub.pours dark brown with a lacing light brown head. Slight sweet burned malt aroma. A bit flat on the carbonation, as informed by the vaitor. Slight off note in the otherwise malt flavoured beer. Dry and flat finish. I guess it would have been better more cabonated, becomes slight sour in flavour as it warms up.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is buttery, quite thick buttery. Flavour is soft and mellow malty again with a clear buttery note. Slight fruity note before a rather short finish. Strangely the beer isn’t offensive nor bad despite the dominant buttery notes. Mideocre brew with a deduction in overall due to the dominant buttery notes.

Draught at St Clemens. Well this is not a dunkelweizen. Not dark enough. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and heavy yeasty aroma. Light bitter flavor. Week light bitter average finish. Oily palate. Ok hefe but nothing special.

Tap flakhaven, Odense: Muddy unclear orange with white head and good lacings. Sweet aroma and taste of banana & wheat/malt. But where is the roast dark feel?? A bit of orange sweet as well, but could need some citrus sour notes to balance the high sweetness. Overall drinkable though its a little of its style!

(On tap) Hazy, dark brown with an orange glow and a small, light brown head. Sweetish and spicy roasted malt aroma. Medium body with a very soft mouthfeel - quite flat. Notes of roasted malt and caramel - perhaps vaguely burned. Some Hubbabubba-like sweetness prevails trying to balance an underlying tartness while the bitterness is very subdued in the dry finish. 030707

(On tap) Very unclear, dark amber golden with a small, off-white head leaving some lacework - but calling it "dark" is really pushing the limits - this is Schneider golden at the most. Aroma of yeast and citrus. Medium body, completely dominated by a distinct sourness - way more than would be expected in a Hefe, this is sort of infected sour. Quite summer quenching though. 030707

Draft. A dark amber beer with a very fast disappearing tan head. The aroma is sweet mlaty with notes of caramel and a light touch of diacethyl. The flavor is sweet malty with a good deal of caramel, but also light notes of diacethyl and dusty hops, leading to a slightly dry, herbal, and diacethyl finish. The body is thin inspite of the 5.5% ABV.
