(On tap) Clear, golden with a dense, white head that leaves some laces. Lightly sweet aroma of malt and brewwing cereal. Medium body with fairly sweet malts and brewing cereal. A classic Kiwi lager - just with a bit more body. 250108

Malty, chocolatey, with a decent backbone and balance, but fairly straight forward and lacking great depth. Still very drinkable.

Bottle. Dark brown color with a bubbly light-brown head. Roasted malt aroma with dark chocolate and a bit of coffee. Sweet Flavor is roasty, malty, with a bit of chocolate and some caramel. A rather dry finish with roast and notes of hops. Body is a bit too light. Not a great schwarzbier, but decent.

Bottle. Clear golden with a medium, bubbly, quickly-diminishing white head. Aroma is of lemon and lime - smells to me quite similar to Sprite. Very sweet, artificial, lemon and lime flavor with faint hints of malt. Doesn’t taste like beer at all. Light-bodied. Tastes like a soda, and not a good-tasting one. Yuck.

Bottle. Red-amber color with a medium beige head.. Aroma is malty, with some smoke, a bit of caramel, and maybe slight hoppiness. Sweetish malty flavor with some toast, caramel, a bit of metal and a rather dry finish. Quite light-bodied. Pretty weak.

Test vom 24.8.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 6,4,6,3,10,4 - 4,65

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is earth, malts and gops. Very unclean feeling to it. Flavour is very much hayish hops along with barnyard.
