Amber color, light blackcurrant aroma. Thin to medium bodied. A slight hoppiness matched by blackcurrant (cascade hops?) Hint of caramel. Citric aftertaste. Nice!

Blackcurrant aroma and flavor. Sweetish. Hints of chocolate, roast and smoke. Very fruity, but not very else else to add depth. Nevertheless very likeable.

Many thanks for this beer to jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com) Piwo nalane do kieliszka Kostritzera jest pieknie palono, piana bezowa oblepia szklo, trwala, chyba jeden z lepszych piw w stylu schwarzbier. Bardzo palone jak na styl i wytrawne, malo slodowe. Cieszy info na etykiecie 99% sugar free. i dlatego mi podeszlo. Pyszniutkie.

33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Jeremy. Light hazy pale golden with a thin white head. Grainy aroma with some faint skunky hops. Bitter taste without anything much going on at all.
