Tap at De Molen. Poured a hazy deep reddish amber with a frothy off white head. The aroma is rich and fruity. The flavour is packed with red berry fruit and alcohol. The alcohol provides the bitterness and there is some sourness on the palate from the fruit. A rather complex beer and the best I’ve tasted from "Merciless".

Tap at De Molen. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is big hoppy and grass, leading to a medium to weak bitter, slightly grassy flavour with a smooth, slightly watery palate. I preferred the aroma to the flavour.

Fra fat på CBC mai-13: takk skjebne at det var små glass! Dette var øl utenom det vanlige - fem stjerner i boka for vinøs friskhet med enorm bæraktig fylde. Diskret alkoholpreg jerninnholdet tatt i betraktning. Nam, nam. En perfekt avslutning på min dag på CBC.

[5/4/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Hazy dark amber. Aroma of alcohol, resinous hops, malt and vegetal notes. Sweet malty flavor with some honey notes and a bitter finish with resinous hops. Medium to full-bodied, a bit oily.

Sample from tap, CBC 2013. Pitch black with an off-white head. Pitch black colour with a small, off-white head. Sweet and roasted aroma with vanilla, rich caramel malts, chocolate, dark, dried fruits and cocoa powder. A hint of alcohol. Taste is sweet. Full body, creamy texture. Finishes dry with roasted notes, chocolate and caramel malts. Good.
