Description
De initiatiefnemers achter deze brouwerij zijn Daniëlle Duits uit Tienhoven en Marco Lauret uit Vleuten. Brouwerij Duits & Lauret is opgericht in 2009 en sinds 2015 gevestigd in Fort Everdingen in de buurt van Utrecht. Fort Everdingen is de imposante, stoere thuishaven van brouwerij Duits & Lauret. De brouwers serveren hier hun bier aan bezoekers en bieden daarnaast een kleine menukaart aan. In hetzelfde jaar werd de naam van de brouwerij gewijzigd van Speciaalbierbrouwerij Duits & Lauret in Fortbrouwerij Duits & Lauret.

33cl Bottle at Kloek Vredenburg. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of some citrus, fruity esters, light malty, light floral. Flavour is medium sweet, dry, light malty, citrus, esters, alcohol, floral, decent bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Hazy golden and thin white head. Sweet malts, lot of spiciness with lots of white pepper, Belgian yeast going on, touch of lemon. Pleasure to the mouth. Backlog from 2014/08/14.

330ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Dusty yeasty and chocolately and minimally roasty, dark malty aroma, hints of dark fruit, a touch of smoke. Taste is slightly sweet dark malty, roasty, chocolately, hints of smoke, wood, fruity hints of plum and dark berries; lasting, moderately sweet finish.

75cl Bottle, thanks Thijs! Dark brown colour, thin beige head. Aroma of figs, dark fruits, dates, coffee, slightly oxidized, port, malts. Flavour is medium sweet, roasted malts, coffee, toast, raisins, light oxidization, dark fruits, dates, nice coffee - ish bitter finish. Medium bodied, almost flat. Tasty Dubbel.
