Bottle: Golden, hazy, creamy white head, dryish herbal-hoppy nose with a certain fruity touch (first signs of infection?), moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit fizzy; lingering hoppy and malty finish. Possibly infected, otherwise quite a crunchy thirst-quencher...

Bottle, danke Günther! Light hazy pale golden, heavy carbonation, foamy head. Nice classic grassy gooseberry bitterhop aroma. Medium light body, a hint green apple and a tad sour grain initially, steams off after a little while though, after that doughy with a herbal finish.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, amber colour with huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Bready, mellow, malty aroma, a touch of white bread crust, whiffs of orange, doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is slightly fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, slighty bready malty, hints of mandarine, orange, apricot, white bread crust, brioche, doughy yeasty overtones. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Not as good as the Keller-Pils, but comparable in the style of brewing: non-filtered, some yeast action allowed, deliberate, rather cautious, supportive hopping - not bad.
