Sul palato si percepiscono sentori dì miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, arancia rossa, uva spina, mandarino, gelsomino, limone ed eucalipto.

Pretty clear dark brown to black beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, a little adhesive. Aroma: very malty, roasted, very metallic, a bit chemical, very dark roast, charcoal, a bit nutty, some walnuts. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good roast, bitter, coffee, lots of charcoal, malty, very dry, bitter. Aftertaste: more roast, coffee, dry, some caramel notes, a bit sourish, bitter finish, very hard roast, charcoal, some red fruits, more metallic finish.

Clear reddish to deep orange beer, creamy dense broken white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very sourish impression, lactic acid, a hint of vinegar even. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very mineralic impression, earthy, a bit fruity, some plums, soft acidity, woody, some tannins, pretty interesting, red fruits, some cherries, strawberry jam, decent! Aftertaste: fruity, more plums, earthy, acidic, a bit of brett, bitter touch, woody, ok!

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca arrivano note di miele, cracker, biscotto, frutta secca, pane tostato ed agrumi.

On tap at Anderson's brewery (Andersoni Pruulikoja X Sünnipäeva Aiapidu). Pours clear golden with a white head. Mild fruity and hoppy aroma with peaches, hints of citrus and herbs. Moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Balanced and easy to drink.
