Description
All WUNDERBRAEU beers are 100% organic and completely climate neutral. The CO2 emissions are already reduced through the use of the own water plant of the brewery. 99.5% of all ingredients are sourced from within a circle of 50km. We compensate the remaining CO2 emissions an invest in a re-forestation of a Unesco project in Costa Rica. The brewery has a tradition of crafting finest beers for more than over 500years. Using fresh and pure water from an own alpine-source, best hops and malts are creating the crisp and refreshing taste of our beers.

Wunderbraeu Grapefruit-Radler alkoholfrei, Flasche von Denns Biomarkt, Leipzig. - Lichtes Goldbraun, stark trüb; fast schaumlos. - In der Nase feine, sehr natürliche Pampelmuse, kaum bierähnlich. - Antrunk schlank und blaß aber angenehm natürlich pampelmusig mit milder Süße. Im Hintergrund leise Anklänge an Bierwürze und Traubenzucker. Milder rezent, schlank bis dünn, enorm erfrischend. Erst im Abgang, wenn die Fruchtigkeit abklingt, ist ganz leise herbale Herbe zu erschmecken. - Sehr leckeres, elegant komponiertes Radler, dominiert von feiner Grapefruitlimonade und nur leise bierähnlich. Eins der besten Radler bisher. (15.6.2023.)

500 ml bottle. Amber, moderate hazy body, with a medium, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of grains, hay, grass, some herbs, some flowers, some citrus. Tastes similar, with some spicy bread body. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes medium bitter, floral, herbal, grassy, grainy, citric, hoppy. Nice, rustic style example. Quite characterful, while nothing outstanding. Score: 6 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 13

Schön malzig im Antrunk, im Mittelteil leicht schokoladig, danach kommen sehr röstig bittere Kaffeenoten. Letztere klingen auch noch länger nach. Obwohl das Bier einen leichten Körper hat ist es durchaus geschmacksintensiv. Rohstoffe aus biologischem Anbau sind natürlich auch eine feine Sache.

Hazy golden. Aroma is rural bread some apple few hops. Taste is sweet dough with rural grainy chewy grain. Full bodied. Good drinkability. Quite good actually.

Almost clear and a white head. Malty, sweet-grainy nose, faint lemons. Bready, malty taste, good hoppy flavors.
