375 ml. bottle sampled @ “Hot & Sweaty RBBSG 2015”. Purchased @ CiderCider. Golden. Nose is very odd, kitchen spices, lightly metallic, light anise, apples,… Taste is odd plastic apples, some booze coming across in light varnish fashion, plastic mixed with anis & kitchen spices,… Oily,… There is something odd here that I am not much of a fan of, it just rubs me the wrong way, odd plastic & anise + spices that I cannot identiy tasting ice cider. My least favorite ice cider so far.

Clear warm golden colour. Aroma of apple, honey, ice wine. Quite sweet flavour, apple, honey. Finish sweet apple, light sour apple, lingering sweet. Bit of a one-dimensional ice cider, still nice though.

Bottle @ WWT IV, small sample. Clear golden color, no head. Aroma has lots of green apple, bit sweetness. Quite sweet and thick in flavor. Lovely ice cider.

Bottle @ WWT IV Thanks to Zer0. Pours clear amber with no head. Aroma of earthy apples, sweet apples, a little woody. Flavor is heavy sweet. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at WWT tasting. Clear golden with no head. Lots of very sweet apple, champagne, light musty peach, candy, light spices, Thai basil leaves. Very sweet. Full bodied. Very nice.

Bottle @ WWT IV. Clear orange golden color, no head. Smell sweetness, apples. Taste purated apples, sweet, sugar sweetness, a hint of grapes as well. Tick oily texture, lingering sweet alcoholic apple flavor. Pretty nice!

Sample from 375 ml. bottle. My first Ice Cider! Clear, golden colour. No head. Sweet aroma with tart, rich apples, spicy honey notes. Light boozy. Taste is sweet. Full body with an oily texture and a flat carbonation. Finishes dry with tart apples. A very nice experience.

37.5 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Aroma is sour to citric apples. Sweet and juicy. Lingering fruity. Smooth and sweet. Sweet far finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear golden - no head. Lovely sweet/tart apple aroma, some noble rot. Rich, filling and very sweet apple accents with a vanilla touch. Warming alcohol finish. Not the most sophisticated Ice Cider, but still bloody nice. 310115
