375ml typical ice cider bottle from Press online. Baby Duvel glass @home. Dark, oily brown with molasses highlights. Never seen an iced cider that dark; straight greasy. Rich, condensed apple, mucho raisins, fig, tart beaujolais. Tart apple, sweet tomato, cooked down apples, tart apple jam. D Decent acid, mellow oxidation, medium sweet with a dry mouth finish. Okay & unique.

375mL bottle, pours a clear caramel amber. Aroma brings out caramel apples upfront, with light toffee and a touch of boiled vegetables. Flavour is unusual for an ice cider, with a chestnut character upfront, some boiled vegetables, caramel and toffee. Sweet but not cloying. That chestnut character is sure unusual. Not a top tier ice cider by any means, but it's pleasant.
