Description
Anne and Jacques Korczak brew their artisanal beers in a former barn. The beers are 100% natural, brewed only with local, healthy and unprocessed products, without any artificial addition. The hops (Strisselspalt, Hallertau Tradition, Aramis, Colombus, Brewers Gold, ...) come exclusively from Alsatian hops fields and the malt plant is located near Strasbourg.

Old rating - A 330ml bottle brought from the brewery last year. Pours a dark red colour with a white foamy head. Aromas of malt. Tastes of citrus, caramel, nuts & malt. A nice hoppy finish. The high ABV is well hidden. A very well made IPA.

Old rating - A 330ml bottle collected from the brewery a couple of years ago. Pours a dark red-brown with a white head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, red fruits, roasted nuts, spice & malts. Medium body. A hoppy bitter finish. Outstanding.

Old rating - A 330ml bottle picked up from the brewery a couple of years ago. Pours a near black with a crème foamy head. Aromas & tastes of coffee, chocolate, liquorice & yeast. Medium carbonation and slightly dry somewhat bitter finish. Very good stout.

A 330ml bottle collected from the brewery June 2017, poured & drank in my home January 2019. Considering this is only 2.2 ABV it is decent, just a little on the watery side

Bottle shared. Hazy golden, white head. Tangerine, spruce, resin, crisp malts, grapefruit, bread crust. Medium sweet, quite bitter. Medium bodied. Nice classic bitter IPA.

330ml bottle (#1031 of #5500, BBE Jan 24) from the brewery in June 2017 on my 6 country road trip. Cellared and poured tonight, it's a deep red/ brown with off white dense head that lasts. Aromas & tastes of red berries, caramel, toffee, flora, hops & toasted malt. Moderate body. Dry light bitter finish. Very enjoyable

330ml bottle, from the brewery June 2017 & cellared since, pours deep black with a perfect light beige head. Aromas & tastes of chocolate, coffee, grapefruit, pine & roasted malt. Medium body. Sweet & long moderate bitter finish. Highly enjoyable
