Anne and Jacques Korczak brew their artisanal beers in a former barn. The beers are 100% natural, brewed only with local, healthy and unprocessed products, without any artificial addition. The hops (Strisselspalt, Hallertau Tradition, Aramis, Colombus, Brewers Gold, ...) come exclusively from Alsatian hops fields and the malt plant is located near Strasbourg.

Bottled. A psycedelic color for a blonde - it is amber with a beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and a bit of fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and a bit of butterscotch, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Pours a hazy pale amber with an off-white head. Sweet fruity nose with some perfumy hops. Sweet malty and fruity, heavy phenols. Not that distinct in its hoppiness. Just sort of a hoppy Belgian ale really. 080911
