Description
Anne and Jacques Korczak brew their artisanal beers in a former barn. The beers are 100% natural, brewed only with local, healthy and unprocessed products, without any artificial addition. The hops (Strisselspalt, Hallertau Tradition, Aramis, Colombus, Brewers Gold, ...) come exclusively from Alsatian hops fields and the malt plant is located near Strasbourg.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of jaghana. Pours a clear amber with a frothy beige head leaving some lacework. Subtle sweet roast. Medium body, sweet roast, licorice and a massive bitterness. A little unfocused, but interesting alright. 030612

750ml bottle [Thanx Meike!]. Minimally cloudy reddish amber colour with average foamy stable lacing white head. Aroma has a fine but fading hop note, is otherwise dominated by caramel malt with a heavy resinous touch. From the hop are only vestiges left, taste comes up with mainly sweet notes, caramel malt, resin, also coniferes and a grassy or herbal touch, originating from the almost abscond hop.
