Can from the LCBO. Clear golden pour, light grassy hops, soft pale cereals. Nothing to see here really. Exactly what you would expect in a blonde ale. Not bad, not great.

Lightly nutty, light caramel, and some soft pine resins. Lively carb, good mouth feel. Medium bitterness, run of the mill amber.

Can from the lcbo. Not so hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. There is maybe a touch of hazy, but not what you would expect when they call it a hazy pils.... To me that means unfiltered, but I digress... A very nice floral grassy nose, soft cereals and minerals. Mouth feel and carb are spot on. Low to medium bitterness, more grassy hops, better than expected.

Can from the lcbo. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is vegetal, dried herbs, light stone fruit, light mango. Mouth feel is thin, carb is nice though.. Low bitterness, quite a juicy finish, tastes like tropical, or pineapple juice was added to this. Meh, not very good.

Clear yellow pour with a medium white head. Aroma is nice cereals, rye is there but very light. Adds a soft sweetness, and a touch of spice. It's a nice addition, to what would have probably been a musty, appley crap lager. Low bitterness, solid cereals, with some light floral hops. It's nothing special, but it's decent for what it's aiming at being.

This ale poured a deep yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include grass, honey and biscuit. First swig was little thin with flavours of grains, malt and light hop. Finish is malty with light grassy hop flavours lingering.

This amber ale poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, light tan head. Minimal lacing. Scents include malt, and lots of it… honey, hay and a little citrus. First swig was nice and malty. Flavours of toast, malt and minimal hop bitterness. Finish is delicious with toast, a little dough and mild hop bitterness lingering.
