From a can purchased at a supermarket in Drogheda. Hazy pale yellow with a foamy white head. Grapefruit, peach and berries in the aroma. Taste is bitter, somewhat brittle with not much underneath, threatens to become acrid but never does. Body is medium with a slightly watery texture. Not worth repeating but still quite drinkable.

Bottle 50 cl. Comes as "Boyne Irish Craft Pale Ale". Pours an almost clear golden with a lacing, white head. Hops are very discreet in the aroma, I get more sort of British yeastiness - but triple hopped, huh? Whatever that means. Medium body, fruity, minerally, chalky. Dry finish but not all that bitter. A different but not overwhelmingly interesting take on a Pale Ale. 300818

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 08/04/17. Clear golden orange with a cream head that retains well. Nose is bitter orange, melon, grass, toasted breads. Taste comprises orange pith, light grapefruit zest, toasted grains, citric tinged straw, light pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.

Bottled 500ml (Alko web)
As "Pale Ale". Clear deep golden colour, good cloudy head. Grassy, a bit grainy, malty aroma. Light-bodied. Pale malty, some citrus, quite hayish grassy hoppyness. Easy hayish pale ale. Thirst quencher.

From the can purchased at Dunnes in Drogheda. Yellowish with a billowing, frothy white head. Aroma of peach and mango. Taste is uniformly bitter, even a bit astringent at the finish. Great start but lacking nuance.

A light yellow beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has citrus, lightness and spicyness of wheat. Nicely refreshning and even slightly witbier style aroma. Taste has citrus, nice bitterness, some spicyness, almost dry. Refreshning. Pretty nice.

33 cl can on my return flight on Iceland Air. The pour is slight hazed orange copper with a foamy light tan head that is lasting. The aroma is orange fruit, a touch of bitter citrus peel and caramel malt. The taste is caramel malt up front, with the bitter citrus in the finish. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation, bitter dry finish and a bit of alcohol in the back. Solid, particularly for on board a flight.
