Bottle pour shared by Chalumeaux--thanks, TJ! Clear dark brown/mahogany with no head, lacing. Aroma is strong honey and cherry w/milder apple. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Good complexity and strength. Enjoyable.

500mL bottle shared by Willrunforbeer on 8/3/24. Cherry-raspberry. Clear. Good mix of yeast, mineral, acid and mellow, macerated fruit. Rich, juicy cherry and blueberry. Round and no alcohol. Rich, juicy cherry, lots of pulp, meat and light acid. A bit light of body but good pepper, sweetness and juice. Pretty nicely balanced. Very drinkable.

Bottle shared at ChemTrailMix Ramen Pop-Up. Thanks Adam! Pours a caramel color with decent viscosity. Lots of banana and caramel on the nose with a touch of cacao nib. Palate is very similar, nice rounded mouthfeel with honey and cacao nib coming on strong. Smooth, sweet finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a slight orange hue and no head whatsoever. Aroma has bright, slightly sweet grape with honey and a slight nuttiness coming through. Flavor has slightly caramelized honey with growing grapes and a slight nuttiness underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the meadery. Pours a clear hydrated pee with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a sweet strawberry and slightly tart lemon with sweet honey backing. Flavor has a strawberry and honey combination with some lemon cutting through.

Sampled from the tap at the meadery. Pours a murky earthy purple with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a nice combination of tart lime and ginger with cherry and a hint of sweet honey supporting. Flavor has light tart cherry and lime with growing honey and a slightly spicy ginger backing.

Sampled from the tap at the meadery. Pours a clear copper with a gold hue with a white head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has a good amount of vanilla and coffee with a sweet honey backbone. Flavor has bourbony coffee and vanilla with a nice supporting sweet honey.
