Sampled from the tap at the meadery. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has strong pepper and sweet tropical fruits with sweet honey underlying. Flavor has tropical fruit and sweet honey with growing burning pepper through the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the meadery. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a white head that quickly nearly completely. Aroma has strong ginger and a nice bourbon note with a sweet honey underlying. Flavor has the same nice ginger and bourbon combination with a growing sweet honey.

Sampled from the tap at the meadery. Pours a clear dull yellow with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a nice dry and slightly tart apple with honey supporting. Flavor has a nice combination of dry and tart apple with slight dry honey underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the meadery. Pours a clear bright yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has slight tart and sweet apple with a good amount of semi sweet honey supporting. Flavor combines apples and sweet honey well with a slight tartness in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the meadery. Pours a clear near water with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has dry honey and a hint of light fruit with a light sweetness supporting. Flavor has sweet honey and light fruits with a touch of dryness in the finish.

Bottle shared with others. Pours a deep purple with no head whatsoever. Aroma has dark fruits and light vanilla with a bit of tartness and dry honey underlying. Flavor has dark berries, tart apple and tart currant with a hint of vanilla and dry honey supporting.
