330ml bottle. Murky golden with a small white head. Aroma is heavy on the Nelson with white grape and gooseberry, citrus, hint of coconut. Taste is a good balance of the two hops, tropical, vinous grape and gooseberry, zesty lime and grapefruit, a light coconut hit. Medium bodied, very smooth. A superb NEIPA from a fairly new Romanian brewery, this is easily up there with the kind of IPAs that HH and Bereta brew.

Inky black, mocha head. The aroma is big luscious chocolate and treacle, some coffee / coffee candies behind. A little bit of cooked corn (that, seems to get stronger with time). Similar taste - a well balanced sweeter impy with a well dialed in body and mouthfeel, enough hop pungency and alcohol heat to make it feel imperial. Jot much coffee flavour. But again, some cooked corn really spoils it all.

Milky pastel yellow, white head. Smells of some tropical stuff - Whitie / pomelo, pineapple - quite a bit of herbal dank and some onion, maybe even some alcohol showing through. The taste follows: low sweetness - both fruity and and malty - dank, pungent, slightly oniony, only a bit burny hops. Some alcoholic heat warming up the throat. Yep, it is a heavier hazy IPA... It's so nice that not all of them are juicy. Really good.

Thin off white head stayed on a murky dark orange coloured still body. Orange & pineapple aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the palate with a clean back. Bitter/Sweet orange, yeast & earthy tastes.

Cloudy golden-amber, frothy off-white head. Rich Belgiany aroma - tart dried pale stone fruit, dry white wine, lots of spice - spicy grasses and herbs, green grape vine, some stronger notes, like band-aid or mustard. Similar flavour - gentle fruity notes, gentle honey like malts and lots of drying phenolic spice that does not feel toxic and abrasive. Mild peppery nutmeg and hoppy bitterness. Easy drinking and enough intensity - those abv's are really put to good work here. Quite juicy too, especially when you pour in the sediment. Really good.
Bottle. Cloudy pale gold, white head. Smells of fresh pineapple and orange flresh, just a little bit of zest. The flavour is similar and just as rich as the aroma, without being sugary or too fruity. Soft chewy mouthfeel, gentle zesty / pithy bitterness. Might be a notch less colorful and juicy than the keg version, but still an excellent hazy IPA. 3,9/5.
Bottle. Well, the bottle has clear signs of oxidation already. 3,4/5.
SEP-2019. Draft. Cloudy pale stare, frothy head. Loads of pineapple and orange pulp, just a hint of ripe citrus sweetness. Similar taste, bold and juicy, enough zesty / pithy bitterness without hop burn. As good as când be. 4,1/5.

DRAFT. 4,2/5.
BOTTLE. Batch 1. Murky pale straw, small head. The aroma is flat out pineapple juice, white grapefruit, pomelo, soft Sweetie peel. The taste is just as bright, low perceivable sugar or malt, lots of pineapple pomello character. Soft yet pungent pithy bitterness with some warming alcohol quietly sneaking in. Extreme pineapple. Some sharp hop compounds are there too, but the whole package works in a way that does not burn your throat. A well done hop juice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky yellow. Green oniony hops, slightly sweetish, green bitterness.

Pitch black, espresso head. The aroma is mostly coldbrew, with some balancing dark sugars behind. Pretty strong coffee, not deranging though. That is to say, it is a bit too straightforward. The coffee is strong in the flavour as well, adding a layer of, well, coffee and earthy roast over the malt sugars. On the negative side, if stills a bit of the malty/hoppy beautiful simplicity of the base stout. Good heat, smooth body. Overall, a tad too coffee forward... Still, a solid first batch and and enjoyable sipper.

JUL-2019. DRAFT. Still has some of that husk in the aroma. No green hops, no ugly burnt barley. Really rich dark sugar dark chocolate liqueur alcohol balance. Straight, big and bold, no complaints. 4,1/5.
APR-2019. Batch #1. Pitch black, espresso head. The aroma starts with grassy and green hop notes. Faint burnt sunflower shells, shy dark sugars and fresh malts in the background - hardly impressive, so far. Some alcohol, or ethanol should I say, slowly crawling in. Gets maltier and even grainier with time - these cling in until the end. The taste is much more punchy (not pastry or sugar bomb, though). Restrained, though not totally sugar-free, dark malts and treacle, low on roast malts big on spicy pungent hops. Just the right amount of alcoholic heat. Smooth, easy going mouthfeel. Overall, a bit weak on the aroma, strong on flavour and balance. Almost... really good. 3,9/5.
