Towering, dense yellowish heap of foam, leaving shards of lace over hazy orange-yellow beer. Creamy nose at first, once the head has +/- gone, dry hopbales, very inviting, lupulin galore; bit of pale malts but no suggestion of much sweetness. Mild citrus. In the flavour, bit of toast, some white candi sugar all the same. Herbal, spicy herbs, faint citrus, flavour of fresh almonds. Finish sports a mild fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, good attenuation, well-carbonated. Bit sweet, if in the end, quite nice tripel. The nose promised more hops, however. Txs to Stef!

0,25l from tap at Galerie Bortier, Brussels. Pink cloudy color, small white head. smells raspberries, earthy, citric, flowery. Medium body, soft carbonation. tastes raspberries, citric, earthy, herbal. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of raspberries, citrus and earthy notes. Pretty refreshing, good stuff

Fast gone white head over fully hazy light yellow beer. Other grains, lupulin, fruity esters, salicylic acid. Sourish, very fruity, sour oranges. Again salicylic or ascorbic acid. Not very hoppy. Some lipsmacking acidity, soft carbonation. Feels light for its claimed ABV, possibly acidthinning. Nice sour, if nowhere close to lambic quality. Txs to Stef!

Dorée, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme sur un boquet houblonné sympa rappelant un côté Sorachi et Sabro, pas mal de coco, orange givrée avec un léger fleuri en rétro-nasal.
Palais sur un touche sèche de haze, retrait houblonné sur les agrumes avec une touche de tropical oscillant entre orange et noix de coco avec un possible effet d'aneth? pointe de fruits à noyaux et fini sur une touche épicée de neipa.
