Description
A little like Willy Wonka…we can’t reveal too many of our brewing secrets (although we have no oompa-loompas in the brewhouse!) but can tell you we do follow traditional brewing methods.
One thing we are VERY strict about are our ingredients – only the very best on the market for all our brews. For most of our beers we only use four basic ingredients – Malt, hops, yeast and water. That’s it. For our beers with that little something extra we use only natural ingredients – nothing artificial in our brewery!
We are really proud of our recipes for all our popular core brands and feel we have something for everyone in our huge portfolio of ales.

Hand pulled half pint at the St Valentines Day Massacre Beer Festival in the Ludlow Brewery Railway Shed on 13th February 2026. Clean golden body, white crown. Slight citrus nose and initial taste, earthy, woody notes then kick in and give a fairly dry and bitter finish.
