Shaker pint draft at Tustin Brewing in Tustin, California. The pour is a clear golden with a small foamy white head. The aroma is bright citrus and along with some sweet fruit stripe gum. The taste is the somewhat artificial sweet fruit stripe gum, lemon fruit and cereal grain. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft carbonation and a clean finish.

32 oz crowler purchased at Tustin Brewing in Tustin, California and consumer an hour later. The pour is a clear golden with a lasting one inch white foamy head. The aroma is fresh hay, citrus and pine. The taste is full piney bitter, touch of the orange peel, dry floral and more bitter pine to the finish. Nice . biscuit malt backbone. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and a bitter clean finish. A bit of warming alcohol in the back. Really good old school IPA.

Draft pour to a tulip at Tustin Brewing. Thick black pour, creamy tan foam fading head. Naples, coffee, and a big roast on the flavor. Smooth bodym. Lingering bitter roast. Pure coffee nose. Thick, and full of flavor. So much coffee lingering late. Fun stout.

On the afternoon of Tuesday 17th May 2016 I visited The Tustin Brewery and had one of the most disappointing flights of beer I have ever had. The final beer of the eight in the flight and I was beginning to lose the will to live, surely this beer would lighten my spirits and lift me from the depression of the previous seven beers I had sampled. Yes, it almost did! Dark brown brew with a full tanned head. malts all over the place, semi-burnt malts in fact, giving off chocolate and coffee esters in the nose and mouth. Smooth palate and a decent Porter all round. The best beer by far, but not good enough to tempt me back to the brewery again when I think about what I tried on the day (food was good though).

On the afternoon of Tuesday 17th May 2016 I visited The Tustin Brewery and had one of the most disappointing flights of beer I have ever had. Beer number seven of the eight and the best so far. Mahogany red with just a collar around the rim for a head. Malts rule this semi-sweet brew with molasses pushing through a caramel flavouring and aroma.
