Deep copper body with a thin cream head. Some lacing. Nose features sweet malt, butter, some rye spice and boozy burn. Predictably the age has reduced the IPA hop profile, but enough still underpins the taste profile. Dark berries, dark roasted malt, butter, some butterscotch and earth tones. Nice richness with a touch of stickiness. A nice sustaining blend of earth tones, butteriness and berries.

A solid laced white head on a clear straw body. The nose is understated with sweet malt, peaches and light citrus. A really surprising fresh peach lead on the taste profile, supported by melons, tea and some grapefruit. A nice secondary sweetness from the malt and fruity hops in the aftertaste round out a refreshing quaff. Good carbonation and a rich mouth feel

A soft malty nose on a rich brown body with a thin off-white head. Overall, this is a mild but enjoyable version of the black IPA. Evenly balanced roasted malt and hops on a medium to thin texture. Well constructed.

Bottled. Brown malts and the like. Nutty. Pretty standard fare for a nut brown. Inoffensive enough.

Draft. Poured dark Small head. Very fruity/cinammony (figs?) and such, maybe not quite malty for a DB in my opinion.

Bottled. Thick syrupy, the rye is predominant. Finishes with hops. Alcohol too prominent in this one.

Bottle. Copperish-amber color. Decent head. Aroma, that pleasant floral hop aroma not the nasty one. Same with the taste. Nice delish floral-citrus hops taste with slight malt undertones. Not bad.
