16oz can. Poured with the opacity of mango juice. Huge peach aroma, resin. Flavor was big fruity peaches, some herbal notes. Really juicy. I really liked this one, it went down a bit smoother than I would have thought it would given the ABV.

Fairly hazy copper and bronze coloured body with a fairly fast-fading, but large three centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of curacao, honey, grass, grain, light yeast, a dash of wheat, some full oranges and light hint of tropical fruits, such as the coconut and pineapple. Medium to almost Full-bodied; Rich malt and yeast notes show at first with a bunch of curacao and other candided/dry fruits around with a light kick of spice and bitterness towards the end, but a bit overshadowed with honey and sweetness and some light alcohol warmth that's picked up closer to the end. Aftertaste is rich, robust, full-of-flavour and perhaps even better - a bunch of complexities from sugars to malts to the fruit and a light spice component, which perhaps aren't expected all at once. Overall, a very nice and not really expected from me at least, but the flavours come together nicely and layer beautifully to make this rich without being cloying, fruity without being overt and balanced but still showing a lot of individual nuances - a great beer perhaps at around a good time to drink it (only a bit over a year old), but maybe two more years would do even better? (i'll never know since I only had this one bottle). I sampled this twelve ounce bottle, purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 02-November-2020 for US$4,79 sampled at my house here in Washington on 20-January-2022.
