330 ml bottle from the brewery, bb 30/12/2026. Clear yellow body, with a big, fluffy, white head.
Aroma of hay, grass, flowers, fresh herbs, citrus, butter. Tastes similar, with more bread and butter.
Medium mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes moderately bitter, floral, hoppy, bready, a bit citric.
Really authentic, rustic style example, with disctinctive buttery notes. Quite on the light bodied side, while easy, crisp and clean to drink. Another very good Lager by this brewery I'm really glad I stumbled upon!

Aroma of citrus, flowers, grass, some leather, some dough, some herbs. Tastes similar, with more Brett.
Slightly creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes quite dry, doughy, Bretty, citric, floral, herbal.
Quite light, with neither the hops nor the Brett very defined. My least favourite I've had from that brewery.

Aroma of toast, coffee, dark chocolate, toffee, some earth, some dark fruits, slight hops. Tastes similar.
Oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, toasty, chocolatey, earthy, a bit hoppy, with some coffee.
Maybe not the most robust style example, but with lovely chocolate notes that come trough more and more as the beer warms up. The ABV is very well hidden, drinks really smooth.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal frumento. La finezza olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di perlage dalle bollicine medio-fini, con carbonazione vivace e persistente. Il colore è giallo spento torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie e banana.

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media.Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pompelmo e arancia amara.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato arrivano impressioni di miele, crosta di pane ed erba.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, erbaceo, agrumi, mango, frutto della passione, frutta tropicale, uva spina e mandarino.
