On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata viva, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso bella rusticità, cereale, note erbacee. In bocca è magnificamente equilibrata, con attacco leggermente maltato e chiusura amara a bilanciare senza eccessi. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Pulitissima ed estremamente gradevole, complimenti!

Bottle at hotel Carlone, Tione. Pale color, cloudy, persistent white head. Flavor of solid pame malts, dough, leafy hops with light fresh citrusy notes. Nice refreshing balsamic aftertaste, yeasty finish, yet clean.

Getrunken auf einer Zugfahrt, da es im Rucksack war und kein Speisewagen da. Es ist ein helles Lagerbier, das mit seinen getreidigen, ja fast strohigen Aromen sehr an manche Wirtshaus-Hausbiere erinnert, aber als bohemian Pils auf dem Etikett tituliert wird. Offenbar ist für die Italiener ein süffiges Helles mit bohemian Gemütlichkeit verbunden. Mir hat es jedenfalls gut geschmeckt.
