Dark red-tinged brown with a yellowish beige head that’s soon at the rim. Aroma of raisins, brown sugar, raspberries, singed cream, figs. Medium bodied, lowish carbonation. Sweet with a finish that dries out quite a lot towards the moderately spicy and bitter finish. Dark sugars, strong bread, dried and stewed fruit, some oxidation. Characterful drop with plenty going on for an American beer at 7.6%. Despite showing some medium sherry touches the bitterness and an odd spice note still stick out a bit at the end.

Light honey yellow, cloudy. Honey malts, floral & perfumy hop, starch. Medium body. Dry malty taste. Floral hop along. More hop would benefit it.

Fajny palony porter z niewielka bezowa pianka, nie oblepiajaca szkla i szybko opadajaca. Barwa brazowa gesta i nieprzezroczysta. Zapach intensywny kakao i wystudzona kawa. Profil glownie palono wytrawny z lekka nuta orzechowa na koniec. I don’t know why this beer is Scotch Porter? The label is no Scotch.
