Fairly crisp and clear golden and copper coloured body with a nice two centimetre tall off-white head that stays afloat nicely and lasts for a long time. Aroma of crisp grassy and very herbal, perfumey, bitter notes with a lot of fresh hops and bitterness noticeable, all from the hops with a minimal crystal malt backbone in the nose that seems simple. Medium-bodied; Relatively crisp, grassy and herbal notes show at first with a lot of fresh hop bitterness that has a lot of alpha acid pungency with some light sweetness from citrus fruits and stone fruits and a touch of complexity on the end with a dry finish. Aftertaste shows a lot of robust complexity from the hops with a relatively balanced but light malt backbone that hits nice throughout. Overall, a nice and enjoyable beer that is quite dry, bitter and floral with a good stone fruit flavour that has a little bit of pungency, but a good, balanced IPA option, that somehow doesn't taste like other Idaho 7s i've had, but is nice for sure. I sampled this sixteen ounce pint-sized can purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 26-November-2022, sampled on the train to New York with my wife and kids on 01-December-2022.

Big, piney, classic IPA, West Coast with a touch of New England sweetness, offering up caramel, grapefruit, and pine, with some stone fruit and tropical notes underneath. Very nice.

Draft...dark golden. Strong bitter hop presence in the aroma and flavor. Hoppy floral aroma. A lot of grapefruit activity happening here. Finishes bitter and a delightful medley of hops.

Hazy gold with a large foamy orange-white head that left great lacing. Tangy and grainy with orange and pine notes. Medium finish and body. No wit presence whatsoever but not a bad beer.

On tap at Old Mexico in Ithaca, down the block from the hotel. Three stars, lipstick all over my comforter & they even stuck me in the handicapped room! Look at this huge bathroom!! Frosted pint glass. Frozen eggshell head. Cloudy orange yellow. Very strong pine resin waft. Taste is steely bitter, pine, orange zest, peach & lingering bittersweet pith. Thinner than some, medium low carb, boozier than I thought. Okay.

A deep dark ipa with a thick frothy lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, resinous hops, light oxydation, still pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity chocolate malt with resinous floral hops, alcohol warmth, light licorice, pleasant.
