On draught at WOB Easton. Cloudy reddish-amber color with a thin off-white head that diminishes quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of berry, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of raspberry, grassy hops and grainy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a berry and hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

On draught at Pies & Pints Easton. Brown-black color with at thin tan head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacng on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and vanilla. Medium to full body with flavors of charred malt, coca, coffee and vanilla. The finish is mildly smokey with a malt and vanilla aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample from cask at the 14th annual Smokehouse Mini Real Ale Fest on 05/13/2017. Brown-black color with a medium tan head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Roast malt, chocolate and peppers in the nose. Medium to full body with flavors of roasted malt, cocoa and cayenne pepper. The finish is malty with a subtle peppery aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Tap at GABF. Pours golden with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is bready malt, rye, caramel. Medium body, toast, rye, bitter finish, decent.

Draft - Lots of caramel and earthy hops. Clear copper with a rich white head. Caramel and hoppy bitterness. Not much going on here.
