16 oz. can from the bargain bucket at Green’s. Pours a weak, clear yellow, with a big, bubbly, white head. The aroma is relatively unoffensive corn syrup, cereals, and some light saaz hops. Sweet corny flavor, with just the faintest touch of bitterness. Light, but harsh, mineral aftertaste. Light body, slick, a little astringent, and fairly unpleasant. This is a reasonable malt liquor, which means it doesn’t make me want to pour it out immediately. Drinkable, which is about the best compliment I can give it.

40 shared by noted businessman jackl, 4/10/15. Clear golden, thin fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of skunky hops and grain. The taste is grainy malt, cardboard, corn, mild grassy hops. Medium bodied, high carbonation.

Not as good as OE in my opinion and way below Mickeys. Overly sweet and watered down.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass even though it was consumed several times in my younger days straight from the bottle.
The appearance was a light clear yellow color with a fast rising carbonation trying to escape drastically. There wasn’t any head.
The smell was a grainy super sweet corn cereal maltiness with no balance.
The taste was exactly the same as the smell. Sticky super sweet corn adjunct aftertaste. There wasn’t a finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium in body. I find this one to not be sessionable, I’m thinking it’s because it’s due to the unbalanced aroma and taste.
Overall, well, it is a malt liquor, need I say more?

0,5 l bottle, brewed and bottled by Asia Brewery Inc., thanks to Fredrik! No head, but beautiful golden colour, with a faint aroma of malt and hops, but mainly of cheap booze. 30 years ago I visited the Philippines and was shocked to see that a bottle of Coke was more expensive than bottle of (sugar, not grain based) domestically produced whisky. Obviously this beer is made for the same purpose: to get people intoxicated as cheaply as possible. "Premium roasted malt, triple hops brewed, smooth taste, full flavour": never trust the the smooth talking suits and spin doctors.
