Mildly hazy, golden-orange colour with a bubbly cap, light retention and a tad ring. Orange-lemon peel with some citrus juice base and some tropical fruits. The sweetness is there, but there is a nice light spiciness that blends well with some nice tangerine notes. Same for the flavours. Quite easy-drinking, juicy, decent citrus zest with some mild tropical fruitiness.

Hazy, golden colour with an amber hue, with a fizzy white cap, not much retention and some light foamy lacing patches. Orange, grapefruit and lemon zest aromas over their juicy base. The taste shows the citrus peel as well, milder like the style should be. Some decent dryness in the finish. Quite good for a juicy, dryish APA.

Hazy golden-amber colour with a bubbly-soapy head, average retention and some small lacing spots, here and there on the glass. Citrus nose with mostly orange juice, and the hops that also give a grassy feel. The taste shows the citrus juices, but here we get their zest (oranges, lemons) as well, creating some decent dryness that is balanced. Alcohol is well-hidden, with a nicely blended bitterness. The hops work well in here, giving a bit of everything, but going down smoothly.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with herbal hops, light caramel, pleasant. In moutm nice treacle, caramel, piney hops, pleasant. On tap at L'Autre Oeil.

On-tap: Poured an amber with light reddish hue gose with a small white foamy head with light retention and minor lacing. Aroma of trat notes and ruby red grapefruit notes. Taste is also amix of ruby red grapefruit notes with some tart notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well done gose with nice grapefruit notes.

Clear, very light golden-yellow colour with a bubbly-soapy white cap that disappears rather quickly, leaving a foamy ring on the brew. Mild sweet malt aromas with hints of pears, creating a light fruitiness. The taste gives out pretty much the same. Some nice cereal notes, and a touch of the spicy hops found in Pils. A pretty decent, lightler pilsner, but still feeling microbrewed.

Second Schwarzbier rating of the night (the other being Boréale Agate Iris). Same clean dark brown with a ruby highlight, a frothy, slightly creamy beige head, good retention and some thick foamy lacing. Aromas of roasted malts with lots of fresh cut grass hoppiness. The taste shows the same. Thin enough mouthfeel, crisp and refreshing. Not bad for the style, but did prefer the Boréale one, as smelt better.
